Alco Business Corporation
Alco is a 40-year old family holding company with primary interest in real estate and property management. It counts among its past and present tenants multinational companies like Ford Motors, Philip Morris, Schneider Electric, Triumph and the government-run NAPOLCOM. It previously run one of the country's largest industrial gas concerns and was a former shareholder in Consolidated Industrial Gases Inc. (CIGI) prior to the full takeover by the British Oxygen Company (BOC) at the turn of the century.
Dentsu- Indio
Dentsu-Indio is an example of the perfect marriage between two companies and cultures with the same vision and values. Dentsu of Japan is the world's largest advertising firm with a presence in close to 30 countries worldwide. It acquired a majority stake from the local founders/ shareholders in Indio (including sister company King Boone Enterprise) in 2003 to beef up its CRM consulting business in the Philippines. Dentsu-Indio is the owner of a proprietary 3D CRM business model that has led to numerous local and international awards from prestigious bodies like the John Caples International Awards and the DMAsia Awards.
GNO Tech Resources
GNO Tech Resources is the wholly-owned technology holding company of Alco Business Corporation and is the most bemedalled and largest franchise operator of Informatics computer schools in the Philippines. It also co-owns the master franchise rights to operate Informatics schools in Shenzhen, China. In addition, the company is also involved in other technology concerns like contact center outsourcing (Alorica) and systems integration (Synermaxx).

Informatics is the global leader in IT education and Singapore's no. 1 IT school with a global network spanning Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America. Established in 1983, Informatics provides lifelong learning services in the area of information technology and business. It has obtained many awards including the Singapore Brand Awards 2002 and 2003 and the Singapore Quality Class for Private Education Organizations. Not to be outdone, its Philippine counterpart (a Singapore-Philippine JV) has won its own share of awards including the recent Consumers Union of the Philippines (CUP) Outstanding IT School for 2006. Informatics will provide the steady stream of programmer talent and will serve as the de facto incubation center for Synermaxx's research and development requirements.
King Boone Enterprise Unlimited/King Boone Ventures
King Boone is the largest stakeholder in Synermaxx and also holds equity interests in sister companies Alco and GNO Tech. It co-owns the largest franchise operation of Informatics in the Philippines and the master franchise rights to operate the same in Shenzhen, China. King Boone essentially operates as a venture capital firm with varied investments in food, property, education, advertising, sports and recreation, technology and mining.
