Boone, as he is more fondly called, led and formed the second round of investors that bought into Synermaxx and transformed it into a major player in the technology arena. He is a multi-awarded and seasoned entrepreneur with a keen eye for value investing and has placed his latest bet on what he believes forms part of the BPO industry's move upward the value chain. He has since professionalized Synermaxx's operations and has implemented a P&G style of brand management anchored on a new company vision and mission. 

In addition to Synermaxx, Boone also operates the most bemedalled and largest franchise network of Informatics in the Philippines under the umbrella of family holding firm, GNO Tech Resources, where he also sits as President. He likewise sits as a member of the Board, either as President and/or Director, in several other companies engaged in property, food, research, human resource management, continuing education, advertising and sports and recreation.

Previously, Boone worked as a brand manager at Proctor & Gamble Philippines. He counts among his numerous accolades the first-ever Franchisee of the Year (Service Category) award given by the Philippine Franchise Association in the year 2005. A gifted student with an I.Q. of 135, he graduated class valedictorian from one of Asia's top business schools, De La Salle University-Manila, with a B.A. in Economics (summa cum laude) and B.S.C. in Management of Financial Institutions (also summa cum laude). He was also conferred with the Sixto K. Roxas Gold Medal for Excellence in Economics, and holds a post-graduate certificate in e-Business from the University of California-Berkeley Extension.

An active Rotarian with a passion for community service and a dream of making this world a truly better place, he is currently the President of the Rotary Club of New Manila Heights of District 3780.

Dexter C. Qua, President & COO

Dex is the resident computer whiz kid in the company—few of words but full of technical skill and bravado. The perfect example of "silent waters run deep," he has mastered virtually all computer languages, applications, operating systems and database systems at his very tender age. Prior to his joining Synermaxx full-time, he served as an IT consultant to over 10 companies in the manufacturing, hotel, education, technology, healthcare and export industries. He also has had hands-on experience as a systems administrator, web developer and programmer.

Adept with "old and new technology" alike, Dex constantly updates himself on new applications as he spearheads the dynamic programming and R&D teams of Synermaxx. Among his many innovations is the acclaimed "Network SMS," MAXXtext, one of the company's flagship solutions. He is also one of the pioneers of the popular website "www.chatpinoy.org."

A low-key but nevertheless outstanding student, Dex holds a B.S. in Computer Science degree from one of the leading IT universities in the Philippines, AMA Computer University. As part of his giving back to the academe, he now concurrently serves as part of the meticulously selected adjunct faculty of Informatics International College. He is also a scion to one of the premier industrial plastic injection manufacturers in the Philippines.
